PGA star Jordan Spieth made a big-time life announcement this week. While appearing on Wednesday’s edition of “The Smylie Show,” the 31-year-old golf sensation was asked how he spent his offseason. “We have a third coming in July,” Spieth said. “So, it’s busy.
That’s right, Spieth, and his wife, Annie Verret, have another child on the way. PEOPLE Magazine reported they also have a son named Sammy, who is 3, and a daughter named Sophie, who is just 17 months old. “My son turned 3 in November, so we had his birthday and stuff,” Spieth said. “He loves monster trucks, so we were at the monster truck rally. My daughter turned 1 in September, so we had her birthday right after we got home from Colorado after I had my surgery.”
PEOPLE said the surgery was on his left wrist, which caused him to miss some time.
